Payment can also be arranged via money order, cashier's check for orders and downloads. When paying by money order/cashier's check, please complete the order with the shopping cart system and on checkout you will receive further instruction.
Packages are shipped in 24-72 hours through air mail right to your door.

Mixconnect.com allows you to download MP3 mixtapes, all in high quality format encoded with ID tags for display purposes. All of our mixtapes are encoded in MP3, it is possible for them to be burned to a CD or easily transfered to an MP3 player such an an IPod. In order to download and play digital mixtapes we recommend that you have Winzip (www.winzip.com) installed on your computer. Each mixtape is compressed into a .zip file that will need to be extracted to your computer's hard drive once the file has been downloaded. We recommend using Winzip to extract the file. What you pay for is the bandwidth for us to send you the MP3 download and you can instantly get a unique download link.

Return/Exchange Policy
At Mixconnect.com, customer service is very important, and we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with every order. However, because of the ease in which media is duplicated, we cannot allow refunds on sales of any CD's, DVD's or any other merchandise distributed on the site.
If you receive a defective item, send us an email at info@mixconnect .com [please put "RE: DEFECTIVE" in the subject line] to notify us that you will be sending the item back. Please note your order # (can be found on your invoice) in the e-mail along with your name, address, defective CD, and what in particular was misplaying on the CD.
At that point, return the defective item to the return address. This is not needed for downloads. Upon receipt of the defective item, Mixconnect will re-send you an exact replacement of the defective item.
