After the release of Volume 2 of K.Y.S.'s Music Is My Medicine instrumental serries, K.Y.S. began a new instrumental mixtape. The project was originally going to be titled Music Is My Medicine Vol 2.5: The instrumentals, but was later changed to The Add-on EP because the mixtape was added on to K.Y.S.'s mixtape catalog of projects at the last minute. The mixtape features nine brand new instrumentals which is in the format of an Extended Play. The Add-on EP is also the last instrumental mixtape that K.Y.S. releases in 2011 that features new material. Stay tuned for The Lost Instrumentals mixtape which will be released later on in 2011.
